Shoris trust centre

A transparent scope for every deployment.

This page covers what you can expect from the Shoris website, ROI Audit, and enquiry forms. Paid deployment work is governed by a separate written scope—because public terms pages cannot cover every project's data access, escalation rules, or acceptance criteria.

Updated 14 July 2026

Plain-language policy

This page explains the current Shoris website and agent-scoping process. A signed client scope may add project-specific terms.

01

Effective date and operator

Effective 14 July 2026. The contracting legal name, registered address, tax details, and authorised signatory are confirmed in the written engagement document before paid work begins. This website does not by itself create an invoice, contract, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship.

02

Website and audit use

You may use this website and the ROI Audit for legitimate business evaluation. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s report, submit unlawful material, or misuse connected systems.

03

Estimates are not guarantees

Audit scores, hours-returned ranges, capacity-value ranges, and gross setup-cost recovery estimates are planning inputs based on the information supplied. They are not guaranteed financial, legal, employment, or operating outcomes.

04

When a client engagement begins

Submitting an audit or contact form does not create a client relationship. A deployment begins only after both parties agree to a written scope covering deliverables, applicable taxes, third-party costs, access, responsibilities, data handling, acceptance criteria, support, and change control.

05

Pricing and third-party charges

Website prices are starting prices for the stated scope and exclude applicable GST or other taxes unless expressly stated. Model/API usage, messaging or telephony, infrastructure, data cleanup, custom ERP work, and support beyond the included measurement period are scoped separately.

06

No online purchase

Shoris currently provides enquiry-led business services. The website does not accept online payment or complete a purchase. Commercial terms become binding only through a separately accepted written scope or agreement.

07

Ownership and permissions

You must have permission to share the business information, operating material, and system access supplied to Shoris. Project-specific ownership and licence terms will be defined in the signed deployment scope.

08

Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, or product updates. Audit outputs are indicative planning estimates. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shoris is not responsible for decisions made solely from an unvalidated website estimate; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
